Bounce Back to the 90's - Beginner Bungee Fitness Class

Bounce to the best beats of the 90's. Dressing up in your best 90s garb is encouraged, but not required. This class promises to make you sweat and feel nostalgic.

During this class, you will wear a harness connected to a bungee that hangs from the ceiling. You will bounce, dance, and jump your way through this fun workout. This class will have a low-to-moderate intensity level.

This class is $32 or you can use a membership to sign up. Check out all class pass options on sdaerialarts.com.

Class size is limited to 9 participants. You must register online to save your spot.
