Party Planning Resources:
What Do Your Parties Look Like?
Each of our parties starts with one hour of learning and play on your apparatus of choice: aerial silks, aerial hoop or bungee. You will have 1-to-2 dedicated coaches that will teach you a variety of skills.
Aerial classes will explore flipping upside down, navigating through fun poses and drops, and will challenge you to learn something new!
Our bungee parties include games like hungry, hungry hippos, keepy uppy, don't break the chain and give you the option to try some routines to music. Let us know what you are most interested in doing and we can tailor your party accordingly.
Near the end of the hour, your group will get free time to do their favorite skills or play their favorite game one more time.
After the hour class, you get 15 minutes off apparatus for treats, presents and other activities. We have tables and chairs available where you can eat or congregate. During this time, you remain in the studio to the side of the main aerial space.
Will We Be Sharing The Studio?
No! When you book a private group party you get the full studio to yourselves! We never host more than one party at a time, and when you book extra party time, you get full use of the studio (off apparatus) to yourselves. This includes access to our full bleacher seating (holds 100 people), two bathrooms, a small fridge and more.
Can We Do Presents/Snacks/Additional Activities In The Studio?
Absolutely - all parties include an additional 15 minutes of off apparatus time for snacks and activities. Want more time? You can book the studio for an additional 30 minutes for $50.
Please bring any silverware, plates, napkins etc. to host your party. We have table cloths, chairs, and tables that can be utilized for activities.
Can People Not Participating In the Class Sit and Watch?
Yes - we have a full upper-level seating area where friends and family can watch. We also have more accessible seating in our main studio area where individuals can sit and watch. We also have an accessible door available to get into the building that can be opened upon request. Let us know via 605-215-1505 if you would like access to this entrance (Door E).
What is The Maximum Number of Participants Per Class?
We have ten total aerial points and 14 bungee points in our studio. We can have two people per aerial point and one per bungee point per class.
So the maximize number of participants per each type of class is as follows:
Aerial Party: 20
Bungee Party: 14
Can I Do Half Aerial and Half Bungee For My Party?
Due to the changeover time between the different apparatuses, it is unlikely we are able to accommodate a half-and-half party. For group of 4 or fewer, we can accommodate this request, but for larger groups that is not feasible given our studio space.
Want to try both? We recommend trying one of our regular aerial or bungee classes or scheduling an additional party!
How Much Does It Cost?
We have two different pricing models for our parties, depending if you want to pay all together or per person.
