What people have said about Covert Artisan Ales & Cellars:

"I've hit a lot of microbreweries around the lower 48 states. My one irrational fear was finding one that had THE beer that I'd pine for and could not get in South Dakota. Recently I realized if I lived in another state...Covert would be that brewery. The stouts...the sours ....all rank at the top of my list. The owners and staff are fantastic.

I'm writing this on a snowy Tuesday and I really want to go down there for a beer after work but they are not open. Good thing I have a few bottles and cans at home.

Try them...you will not be disappointed."

"What a FUN place! The taproom is gorgeous and sun-drenched, and it just feels welcoming. We don't have a dog, but it's so fun to see all the other pups inside (and make new friends)! Sours are my favorite, and I have honestly never met a beer I didn't like here. Last time I was there, there were two outstanding plum beers and a key lime beer that were all truly astounding." - Calla

"My favorite brewery in Sioux Falls. Hands down the best sours ever!" - Chantel Olson
